I have attacehd both diagnostics and are hoping somone can pls give me somr advice as i am very excited about using PD10 after years working with AVS video editor ( BTW no similar probs with AVS on this new PC) I also have Memories on TV and Videopad, video editing software installed. I read somewhere that Quicktime can cause issues so i also tried with it deleted but still same result. I gte No error or warning messages at all.
